# EUDR-specific Usage

## Using the osapiens Supplier Portal in the EUDR context

> Supplier Portal or Customer Portal?
> 
> osapiens offers two portals that work in opposite directions:
> 
> - Supplier Portal: You **provide** EUDR information to one of your customers, for example by answering questionnaires or uploading land plot data. In this case, you are the supplier.
> - Customer Portal: You **receive** EUDR information from one of your suppliers, for example DDS reference numbers and assessment documents. In this case, you are the customer.
> 
> If one of your suppliers has invited you to its Customer Portal, you can find the instructions in the [Customer Portal Help Center](/customer-portal/docs/using-the-osapiens-customer-portal).

This section is aimed at companies that provide information to their customers under the EU Regulation on deforestation-free supply chains. With the entry into force of the EUDR, companies are obliged to comply with certain due diligence obligations along their supply chain. This section explains which information is relevant for your customers and how you can submit it via the Supplier Portal.
