Using the osapiens Supplier Portal as an EU Supplier
If your company is based within the European Union and provides goods or services from there, it is considered an EU supplier.
Your customers based in the European Union need your support to be able to commercialize EUDR-relevant products. Depending on the size of the company and the activities carried out, your company may also be required to submit EUDR due diligence statements (DDS).
The Supplier Portal therefore offers you extended options for providing information. For product or purchase order requests, you have the option to provide geodata, DDS reference numbers, or both.
Using the osapiens Supplier Portal as a Non-EU Supplier
If your company is based outside the European Union and provides goods or services from there, it is considered a non-EU supplier.
Your customers based in the European Union need your support to be able to import EUDR-relevant products. When importing these products, the importing company is obliged to carry out a risk assessment and provide the geodata of the raw materials used.
The Supplier Portal offers you the opportunity to provide the necessary information on geodata as well as for the risk assessment.
