Customer Portal – Assessment Overview

At the top of the Customer Portal, you will find the menu items EUDR assessments and API credentials as well as the Logout button. The menu item EUDR assessments shows all assessments that your supplier has shared with you.

Columns of the Assessment Table

The following columns are available in the table:

Column

Description

Assessment ID

Unique identifier of the assessment.

DDS

Reference numbers of the Due Diligence Statements.

Verification codes

Codes for validating the DDS in the EU information system.

Assessment date

Date of the assessment.

Commodities

EUDR commodities of the assessment, shown as icons. Mouseover on an icon shows the name of the commodity.

Compliance

Status of the assessment: Compliant, Not compliant or Error (see the section Compliance Status below).

Delivery IDs, Sales order IDs

References to deliveries and sales orders.

Products

Number of products in the assessment.

Product IDs, CN codes

Product identifiers and customs tariff numbers of the products.

Last updated

Date of the last change to the assessment.

Weight

Weight of the products in the assessment.

Type

Type of the assessment.

Purchase order IDs, Production order IDs, Goods receipt IDs, Internal delivery IDs, Batch numbers, Other external reference IDs

Further document references that your supplier has stored in the assessment.


Compliance Status

The following compliance statuses are available:

  • Compliant: The risk assessment has been completed without relevant risks.

  • Not compliant: The risk assessment has identified a risk, for example a high risk.

  • Error: The risk check is invalid. Please contact your supplier.


Managing Columns

Proceed as follows to manage the table colums:

  1. Click on the button Manage colums on the right above the table. The dialog Manage columns opens.

  2. Activate or deactivate the checkboxes to show or hide columns. Use the search field to find a column, or Hide all to hide all columns at once.

  3. Drag a column by the 6-dot-button on the right to change the order.

  4. Finally, click on Apply.
