Use the search and the filters in the menu item EUDR assessments to quickly find the assessments that you need, for example the assessments for a specific delivery.
Search
Enter an assessment ID in the field Search by assessment ID above the table. The search only covers the assessment ID. Use the filters for all other references.
Filters
Proceed as follows to use filters:
Click on Filters at the upper right.
Fill in one or more filter fields. Use the checkbox on the right of a field to activate or deactivate the respective filter. The following filters are available: Commodities, Compliance, DDS number, Product ID, CN code, Own entity, Purchase order ID, Delivery ID, Sales order ID, Production order ID, Goods receipt ID, Internal delivery ID, Batch number, Other external reference ID and Assessment date (as a period).
Finally, click on Apply.
Example: Filtering for compliant coffee assessments with a specific product ID and an assessment date in October 2026
Result: The table only shows the matching assessments, and the active filters are displayed above the table. When you remove a filter, the complete list is restored immediately.
Note
You can only find an assessment with a reference number from your own business documents (for example a delivery ID or a purchase order ID) if your supplier has stored this reference in the assessment. Please get in touch with your supplier to find out which references they provide.
