This article explains how you log in to the osapiens Customer Portal of your supplier, what you can do if you have forgotten your password, and how you log out.
Logging In
Proceed as follows to login to the Customer Portal:
Receive your invitation: Your supplier sends you an e-mail with the subject EUDR Compliance with a Free Customer Account – Your Registration Link. The e-mail contains your credentials (Name and Password) and the link Click here to open your customer portal.
Open the Customer Portal: Click on the link in the e-mail, or open the URL of the Customer Portal that your supplier has provided.
Log in: Enter the name and password from the e-mail.

Information
Each supplier has its own Customer Portal with its own URL and credentials. If you receive EUDR data from several suppliers that use osapiens, you receive separate credentials for each supplier.
Forgotten Password
If you have forgotten your password, contact your supplier. Your supplier can reset your password. You then automatically receive an e-mail with a new password, and any open session is signed out.
Logging Out
Click on Logout at the upper right to end your session.
