In the Customer Portal, you can download the information of a single assessment as a PDF or GeoJSON file, and export the complete (filtered) assessment list as a CSV file.
Downloading a Single Assessment
Proceed as follows to download a single assessment:
Click on the button Download at the end of the row of the desired assessment.
Select as PDF to download the assessment report, or as GeoJSON to download the land plots of the assessment.

The assessment PDF contains the EUDR information intended for you. The GeoJSON file contains the land plots of the assessment. You can find details about both files in the article Customer Portal – Understanding the Shared Data.
Exporting the Assessment List as CSV
Proceed as follows to export the assessment list as a CSV file:
Set filters if required.
Click on the 3-dot button on the right above the table and then on Download CSV.

Result: The CSV file contains all assessments of the currently filtered list, across all pages of the table. It contains the following columns: Assessment ID, Assessment date, Customer references, Reference IDs, Compliance status, EUDR reference numbers, Verification numbers, Purchase order IDs, Delivery note IDs, Product IDs, Sales order IDs and Weight. If an assessment contains several values in one column (for example several DDS reference numbers), they are separated by commas within the field.
