Answering EUDR Questionnaires with the osapiens Supplier Portal
The provision of EUDR-relevant information can be supported by questionnaires initiated by your customers. Questionnaire requests are managed in the Supplier Portal on the QUESTIONNAIRES page.
In terms of content, these questionnaires can be of different nature. They can include questions about your company and your EUDR processes, as well as inquiries about products, compliance with legality risk categories in the countries of origin of the raw materials, or sections for uploading documents and evidences.
Since the analysis in the EUDR context can refer to products and their origins, questionnaires can include questions that relate to your products. Product-specific questions usually involve the selection and assignment from your product master data. This makes it possible to store product-specific answers or documents.
