Answering questionnaires
Questionnaires enable the structured collection of relevant information along the supply chain.
The provision of CSDDD/LkSG-relevant information can be supported by questionnaires initiated by your customers about human rights and environmental due diligence obligations or risks in your company.
Questionnaire requests are managed in the Supplier Portal on the page QUESTIONNAIRES.
In terms of content, these questionnaires can be of different nature. They can include questions about your business and processes, or sections for uploading documents and evidence.
By answering the questionnaire, you provide your customers with information that your customers will take into account in the context of the risk analysis to which they are legally obliged under the LkSG.
The answer is not legally binding. However, a lack of feedback can lead to an increased risk score of your company, which can have a detrimental effect on the collaboration.
