Supplier Portal – Organisation Profile

Prev Next

On the page Organisation Profile, you (depending on the permissions of your user) can find the four tabs Organisation profile, Certificates, User management and API Access. These are explained below.

Organisation profile

This tab is used for the definition of your company, mainly via the associated master data. Proceed as follows:

First, define the Name of your company.

If required, click on the paper clip in the field Logo to select a company logo on your computer and upload it to your Supplier Account in the Supplier Portal.

Optionally, you can also enter the URL of your Website and the Phone number of your company.

You should also enter your company address with Street, House number, Postal code, City and Country.

In the Industry field, you should select and add suitable fields of action for your company from the list by clicking on the dropdown.

Select from the dropdown Type of market operator if your company is an EU market operator or a Non-EU market operator.

If you have made any changes on this tab, finally click on Save at the upper right to apply the changes. Or click on Cancel to discard the changes.

Certificates

You can upload evidence for your company on this tab. To do this, proceed as follows:

Click on Upload file.

A pop-up window appears. First enter a Certificate name here.

Select the appropriate Evidence type from the dropdown.

Define a validity period for the evidence with the two fields Valid from and Valid until. Alternatively use the calendar buttons to select a date.

Drag&drop the evidence file onto the Drop file here field or click on Browse Files to select the evidence file on your computer. (Maximum file size: 10MB)

Finally, click on Upload certificate.

The uploaded evidence will then be displayed on the page Organisation profile > Certificates. If you want to remove the evidence again, click on the button Delete and then on Delete certificate in the subsequent confirmation pop-up.

You can use the three filter buttons above the evidences to display the evidence with the status All, Expired or expires soon and Valid, respectively.

User management

On this tab, you can manage the users that have been created in your Supplier Account. To do this, proceed as follows:

Click on Edit next to a user.

You will land in the User profile under User permissions. Below General information you can change the user's First name and Last name. The E-mail address is set and cannot be changed.

With the dropdown Language, you can change the language in which the Supplier Portal is displayed for the user.

If required, activate the switch Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) to increase the security of the account.

Activate the switch Allow data sharing as the Administrator user, then all questionnaires, product information requests and land plot data requests sent to all e-mail addresses of users in your Supplier Account will be shared with all other authorized users within your Supplier Account. (purchase order requests are independent of this setting and are automatically shared)

If you are the only user of the account (and therefore currently editing your own user), you should already have all permissions under Account settings. The checkbox Administrator is then active and cannot be deactivated. If required, you can add missing permissions of a user by activating the respective checkboxes.

If you have made any changes on this page, finally click on Save at the upper right. Or click on Cancel to discard your changes.

API Access

On this tab, you can manage the API access for your Supplier Account. To do this, proceed as follows:

Click on + Create at the upper right.

Enter a Name for the new API access.

Then click on Create.

The overlay Save token appears. Please note the information.

Click on the copy button next to Token to copy the token to your clipboard and then save the token in a secure place.

Click on the copy button next to Account ID to copy the account ID to your clipboard and then save the account ID in a secure place together with the token.

Finally, click on I saved the token.

Afterwards, you will see the API access in the table. If required, click on the right of the table row of an API access on the 3-dot-button and then on Delete API access.

A confirmation pop-up appears. Note the information and click on Delete if you really want to delete the API access.
